So what is an mRNA vaccine anyhow?  Most folks have their own idea.  These vaccines are unlike any other as it doesn't involve putting a weakened or inactive germ into your body to trigger an immune response.  Rather mRNA vaccines teach your cells how to make a protein that triggers and immuno-response.  Antibodies are then generated inside your body to protect you from getting exposed to the real virus.
